Real-time geolocation of lift technicians
A quality maintenance service must offer the best possible response times. Our infrastructure allows us to respond with the fastest reaction times in the event of any type of incident.
When it counts most, the best response times
We resolve incidents on average in 2 hours and 20 minutes. Once the issue has been fixed, we inform the client of the circumstances that caused the incident and what the repair entailed.
Our average rescue time for people trapped in a lift is 35 minutes. Our operators remain in constant communication with the trapped person to reassure them and keep them up to the minute on the progress of the rescue operation.

Maximum speed and reaction times in the event of incidents
Our Direct Emergency Service guarantees maximum operator response times. We'll be at your full disposal in the event of any incident or emergency 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In an emergency situation, the person trapped in the lift can communicate with our call centre via our voice call system from the cab itself. Telephone communication is maintained at all times with the person trapped in the cab.

Eninter mobile app
Always knowing the locations of our technicians and lift systems under maintenance with geolocation technology allows us to constantly improve the efficiency of our services. Eninter's mobile app allows us to identify any incidents or emergencies in real time, assign the resolution of the issue to the operator closest to the system, and plan the shortest route to the destination. This all happens with no waiting times and maximum response speeds.
